Due to the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, my 4-month, in-person, leadership program was condensed to a 3-month virtual program. This was a huge challenge because I had six different contracted trainers (including Alex) that needed to be rescheduled within a 2-week period. Alex immediately told me to focus on the others trainers and that he would work with whatever schedule I needed. He then 100% reconfigured the courses he was contracted to facilitate to meet my new programming needs and ensure the overall success of my program. That was amazing and took a huge weight off of my shoulders.
Once his sessions began, he was absolutely exceptional. The content he presented was interesting, engaging, and pushed all of the participants, including myself, to reevaluate what we thought were successful leadership tactics. And, although he had more than enough content to share during our time together, he always made time to engage to insightful discussions with the participants. Following his four-week training on “Mastering Political Savvy,” “Strategic Networking for Public Sector Professionals,” and “The Seven ‘Must Have’ Leadership Skills” he received overwhelmingly positive reviews from our program participants and comments such as:
‘I liked getting to understand Alex's business acumen and his perspective on leadership. He brings a lot to the table with his experience. If we have to choose one specific concept, it was the mastering political savvy. This is an historically overlooked topic in the professional development programs in our industry.’ - Shawn Beaumont, Park Manager
Here is the bottom line. If you want someone to lecture about leadership theory, then you can find that almost anywhere. But, if your organization needs leaders who can practically and strategically use
leadership influence techniques to effectively gain support for essential programs and operations, navigate challenging leadership situations and relationships, and further your mission, you need to hire Alex Tremble. So, for all of the reasons listed above, and so many other reasons not listed, I strongly
recommend Alex’s services and am looking forward to hiring him to equip more of our leaders with these essential skills.

“It is my absolute pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Alex D. Tremble, founder and CEO GPS Leadership Solutions. Alex has been a long-time contributor to the ATD community and has provided valuable insight on the topics of leadership development, management development, networking, and staff and talent development.
As a speaker, Alex is extremely dynamic, impactful, and engaging. He was chosen on several occasions to be a featured speaker for the government pavilion at our annual conference, the ATD International Conference and Expo, as well as our annual ATD Government Workforce event. Alex never disappoints at these events. His sessions are always full of eager participants who look to Alex to learn about the topics mentioned previously.
Additionally, Alex has contributed several insightful blogs and articles to ATD publications. Alex’s work has been featured in the government section of our monthly publication, TD Magazine.
It is an absolute delight to work with Alex on these projects. Over the years I have considered Alex to be a trusted resource and advisor for our government group. Alex is a consummate professional and consistently brings a great deal of value into any engagement of which he is involved.
If you are interested in securing an extremely captivating speaker who is a leading expert in the fields of
leadership development, networking, and mentoring, I strongly encourage you to hire Alex.”
